Falcon Investments Launches New Private Equity Fund Focused on Food & Beverage: Peregrine Bay Partners
Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC (“Falcon”) has launched a private equity fund focused on majority control investments of lower middle market food and beverage (“F&B”) companies. The private equity strategy, marketed as Peregrine Bay Partners (registered as Falcon RBIC I, referred to herein as the “Fund”), is led by Ron Klein who has more than 25 years of experience investing in and operating F&B companies.

Peregrine Bay Partners will primarily target control equity investments in lower middle market F& companies ($4-12mm EBITDA). Over Falcon’s 25-year history, the Firm has invested approximately $540mm across 16 F&B transactions. Consistent with existing funds, Peregrine Bay Partners will leverage Falcon’s broader platform for sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management, investor relations, reporting, and back-office support.
