Prior to joining the firm, Ron was a Partner at Sequel Holdings, LP, where he ran the food and beverage investing effort.

Prior to joining Sequel Holdings, LP, Ron worked for Dean Foods (formerly Suiza Foods), where his 13 year tenure included overseeing M&A activities and leading its $500 mm cultured products division.

He received a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
