Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Senior Associate with Brookside Capital Partners, where he focused on debt and equity investments in the lower middle market.

Previously, he was an Analyst within the Restructuring & Turnaround group at Alvarez & Marsal. Mr. O’Connor earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
