Falcon Invests in Fidelity and AITC

Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC ("Falcon") is pleased to announce its investment in Fidelity Technology Services, LLC ("Fidelity") and Advanced IT Concepts ("AITC") supporting FVLCRUM Partners, LLC's ("FVLCRUM") acquisition of Fidelity and subsequent merger with AITC, an existing FVLCRUM portfolio company.

On May 20, 2026, Falcon invested junior capital to support AITC's acquisition of Fidelity, a premier provider of military simulation training systems and services to the U.S. Department of Defense ("DoD"). The combination of Fidelity and AITC creates a leading simulation technology platform with a diversified portfolio of capabilities and long-standing relationships across the DoD.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Orlando, Florida, AITC is a provider of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, live training & simulation, and more to U.S. defense agencies and militaries of allied nations in support of flight simulation programs. AITC operates across more than 21 states and multiple locations outside the U.S., and is authorized to perform classified work on key DoD programs.

Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania, Fidelity is a defense contractor specializing in the delivery of simulation training systems and field support services for mission-critical DoD programs supporting the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and allied nations. Fidelity has established a strong reputation for performance and reliability and is recognized as a market leader in its field.

Through this investment, Falcon provided a flexible capital solution to support FVLCRUM's combination of Fidelity and AITC, creating a full-service simulation provider positioned to capitalize on growing demand for mission-critical simulation training solutions and services.
