Michel Bayard, Director - Business Development, joined Falcon in April 2008. Mr. Bayard was previously with KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”), where he was an investment banker in the Healthcare and Technology Group. Prior to KBCM, Mr. Bayard was Director of Business Development at BioEnterprise Corporation and a Partner at Cleveland Pacific Equity Ventures. He received a B.A. in History from Brown University and his JD from Case Western University Law School.
