John W. Madden, II, Managing Director, joined Falcon in January 2008. Mr. Madden was previously the President of Sequel Industries, Inc., the general partner of Sequel Holdings, L.P., a private equity firm based in Dallas, TX. Prior affiliations include Dean Foods Company (NYSE: DF) and its affiliated companies (Kaminski Engles Capital Corporation, Suiza Foods Corporation and Reddy Ice Corporation), as well as J.C. Bradford & Co. and Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Madden has served on the Board of Directors of numerous companies, including Lakeview Farms, Inc., WL Plastics and 21C Holdings, L.P. He received a B.S. in Economics and Human Development from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas.
